Plant yourself in a serene outdoor space—the Rotary Botanical Gardens in Janesville—where gorgeous summer blooms create the perfect backdrop for your personal journey toward balance and inner peace. Begin with a garden stroll to soak in the beauty around you, then settle in for a restorative sound bath, a meditative experience that fosters a deeper connection with nature’s healing energy.
Afterward, enjoy light snacks and beverages as you gather with fellow Trailtessa participants—an easy, welcoming chance to meet, mingle, and build community with like-minded women.
This Trailtessa event is best suited for women and girls ages 16 and up.
We’re thrilled to partner with the Rotary Botanical Gardens in Janesville for this sound bath. Their Garden Movements is a transformative event series designed to help participants connect with nature and themselves.
Registration closes on Monday, July 6, 2026 or when the event reaches capacity.
